Has anyone gotten a nerve Ultrasound?

Where would you get it done? My sister needs one to check the nerve function in her feet but no doctor seems to know where to have it done.

Anyone know of a mat that helps neuropathy in feet?

Those mats that you put your feet on , they have little raised bumps to stimulate oxygen and blood flow to painful feet or legs? My sister is searching for one that truly helps.
