Car experts...could this have any connection?

My car recently stalled out at a red light, and then turning slow into my driveway. Many here think it could be alternator, fuel injector or fuel pump.

I went to check my oil today, as I know it would probably need nearly a quart. I was very surprised and alarmed when the dipstick showed oil past the fill line.
There Def is not too much oil as I have not added any in three months. I looked up online if that could make a car stall out, it said it could by fuel being diluted into the oil if theres a leak in fuel injector. Does this sound like a possible reason my car stalled out? Is a fuel injector a pricey repair?

It’s anywhere from $500 - $2500 to replace a fuel injector.
It depends on the maker and model.

You can dab the dipstick onto a piece of cardboard and see if there’s gas in it by the stains it leaves, just google pictures to compare to. Or you could give it the ol’ sniff test.

1. Were you on level ground? Even a slight grade can cause an inaccurate reading.
2. A stalling issue can be sooo many things, so there's no reason to contemplate any one issue.

@Baybreeze It's good news that the oil level is ok. A hair over isn't an issue, especially if it's burning it.

@uncalled4 I don't think the level should be over the Full line? I put some in three months ago ...it would Def be roughly half below the full line 🙁

@Baybreeze You're most likely ok. Definitely check it weekly if it's using oil.
