Second week of consistency workout has gone wellI've done 400 pushups 100 pike pushups 200 squats 350 sit-ups Rested a lot more this week due to double shifts in work and feeling like I need it. Gonna up those numbers and incorporate decline/incline pushups, hollow body holds, and dips.
0.8miles of a walk was the hardest thing I've ever had to do...6 more months to go. Kicking my butt already. 🤔😒

I Fell Asleep In My Living Room Recliner & Woke Up & Watched A UFC Fight…No knockouts, not even a bruise or a drop of blood. They danced around and around. I had nothing better to do and watched it. By the time it was over I thought to myself “Get a room you two”…😂
