I've been doing archer and deficit pushupsAnd wow dude it's a lot ๐ฎโ๐จ 20 archers each side is a challenge and deficits really stretch your chest out. Normal pushups are too easy now until I get a weighted vest. Good sign of progression, if it's difficult it's good ๐
