Got myself some lovely shin splints.Probably doesnt help that I waited a week to report the pain to be honest though. Thats definitely on me.

Do you like walking on a treadmill?I don't but I do it anyway because it's an easy way to burn calories. I've been consistent with it so now I can do a pretty steep incline Also, why do my arms and neck hurt as I walk on it?

How often do you work out?.I've gotten to 4 days a week from 2. I'm currently making myself take 2 days to recover properly/reset myself a bit.
