Aging has caught up with me. Somewhere along the line, my butt fell off. My doctor says I need to exercise my glutes to improve balance.Is there and exercise that will add to my butt? My pants fall off.

I was walking and this man greeted me so I greeted him back. After that he tried to engage me in conversation and I said I didn't want to talk,while I'm walking.
