I felt like a potato today, got my workout in105 pushups 121 sit-ups 121 lat pushups (think they're called side planks) Also cutting down on my vaping habit πͺ
Second week of consistency workout has gone wellI've done 400 pushups 100 pike pushups 200 squats 350 sit-ups Rested a lot more this week due to double shifts in work and feeling like I need it. Gonna up those numbers and incorporate decline/incline pushups, hollow body holds, and dips.
New workout approach is going wellInstead of smashing it and burning out I workout twice a day every day no matter what. I do less but consistently and results are better, energy levels are better, and it's a lifestyle change β first week has been 100% consistent
