How many people out there use Creatine?

I have always heard it was good for helping build muscle, but the latest studies are showing that it
is really good for your cognitive well being. Especially for older adults.

It is a must for vegetarians, since Creatine is only found in meat. The body does produce small
amounts of Creatine, but not enough to see good benefits.

I use it, yeah. I've been using it since I started working out regularly. I don't know the extent to which it is helping, but I seem to be gaining muscle quite well, so it's not hurting, at least.

@HiFiRaver Thats great, keep up the good work. I have been a gym rat for 45 years. Now at 65 I'm still making gains,
and I think it is because I started Creatine a couple years ago.

I take creatine in the morning with a big glass of water. In pill form. I take it about 30 minutes before a workout. I feel like I gotten bigger.

@Bignakedguy That's great. Some people can't tolerate it on an empty stomach. How much do you take? 5 grams

I have heard that is the minimum. I recently started taking 5 grams twice a day. In the morning after breakfast, and afternoon
in my protein shake before the gym.

I don't know the answer, however I should be using it.
