Practice makes betterI've been doing quadrobics for 5 months exactly, tomorrow. i started out really bad, but i've improved so much since. there's still so much for me to get better at, but i'm doing pretty well (in my opinion) (1)
Workout trainingDoes it matter if I do biceps, triceps, shoulders etc on the same day or do I have to concentrate on biceps on one day and triceps on another day etc…
