I felt like a potato today, got my workout in105 pushups 121 sit-ups 121 lat pushups (think they're called side planks) Also cutting down on my vaping habit 💪
Second week of consistency workout has gone wellI've done 400 pushups 100 pike pushups 200 squats 350 sit-ups Rested a lot more this week due to double shifts in work and feeling like I need it. Gonna up those numbers and incorporate decline/incline pushups, hollow body holds, and dips.
New workout approach is going wellInstead of smashing it and burning out I workout twice a day every day no matter what. I do less but consistently and results are better, energy levels are better, and it's a lifestyle change ✌ first week has been 100% consistent
