I always loved the smell of bacon cooking, because when I was a kid, on Sundays Mom & Pop would cook a "real breakfast" for us that would be waiting in the kitchen when we woke up.

In a way I’ve carried on the tradition with my Sunday brunches. When I stayed with the folks I always cooked breakfast for them.

I eat turkey bacon now, which I like, although it doesn’t quite have the same smell.

And REAL heirloom roses...the ones that haven't had their scent removed. An entire garden in the front of my building has been planted with them, and their fragrance is subtle and lovely.

I love clean laundry smell… freshly washed sheets, climbing into bed at the end of the day… 🫠
