What's your favorite xmas movie?

I just love that old technology from back then is one the main reasons I love them old movies, television and radio

I do too! I subscribe to old black and white movies from that era on my cable TV subscription each month, which I watch with a blanket wrapped around me and a box of kleenex tissues within handy reach! 🥹

Me I have huge collection of old 35mm movies still on film, movie projectors, cameras, hand crank record players and I full working darkroom in my house

I really hate modern technology

Surprised me though... he was a young Santa about 30, had his cellphone up to his ear while coming down my chimney and was talking to his trainer at the gym!

The scene where Mitchum horrifies everyone by spilling his heart to Janet Leigh's character (as well as her fiance and her parents and her little boy - who already idolizes Mitchum!) is a definite highlight. And that little boy is a total gem.

The 1940s movie, not to be confused with the Broadway show put to film by the same name that came later.

The movie was somewhat buried over recent years due to race sensitive scenes. But it was the 1940s and was what it was.
