I like Caesar salad dressing on my wrap at lunchtime.

Mushroom: sautéed sliced mushrooms in butter and slivers of fresh garlic, then added a little chicken broth. Let it reduce.

In a separate pot I made a roux. The reserved liquid from the mushrooms was added and stirred. Next I added some cream and the mushrooms and let the sauce thicken
