Because F wanted to be able to exclude hydroxychloroquin and ivermectin, cheap solutions proved by other scientists both in the US and in other countries, so as to be able to promote the vaccines with no competition, he did minimal trials, as I said, arranged to cause damage through wrong doses givenat the wrong time, and then triumphantly proclaimed that hydroxychloroquine et al were poisonous! It's easy if you have the funds, ths clout, the friends, mixed with a healthy (or maybe deadly would be a better word) dose of unscrupulousness!

And then you make sure that the media follows your story, rubbishes the cheap and effective solutions, and you sit back and watch the billions flowing in while the people die.

I tell you, it is one authoritative eye-opener.

@NerdyPotato Maybe not all fake, who knows? Maybe some people took too much and ytoo late, didn't get advice, didn't follow the protocols for treatment issued for example by Doctors Against Covid... But in any case, the media exaggerates in order to get their message across. And the message was / is that the only solution is the vaccine. (The media are funded worldwide to the tune of billions by Gates - the vaccine man.) Thus, people catching Covid were sent home with no treatment, till they had to go to hospital, where the only treatment was the ventilator - itself fatal to many very ill patients.

Whereas there were initial, cheap treatments.

Many many died unnecessarily. This puts a whole new slant on Fauci's cover-up...

NB He now recommends remdesivir, which is a dangerous substance, often rejected in clinical trial for other diseases, and will not help the ill. (Hospital staff have been known to call it "Run, death is near") But it's a good money-spinner, of the type that costs $4 per treatment to manufacture but can be sold on for ten or a hundred times that rate.

Fauci has so much authority that the world listens to him. While the fact-checkers, Facebook etc, silence the voices who put forward sound evidence-based alternatives, because those in power would make no money with them.

It's a nest of vipers. Best thing is to read the book.

@Senecaa People often feel slightly feverish the day after a booster vaccine. It's proof that they have a bunch of antibodies in their system ready and waiting to fight off Covid. The booster raises the antibody concentration.

@JimboSaturn it doesn't have to be more fatal percentage wise to be very problematic though. It spreading 5 times as fast makes it cause more fatalities even if an infection is only 1/4 as likely to kill you as Delta. Furthermore, death isn't by far the biggest risk. The real worry is a combination of permanent disability making the social security system crumble and hospitals getting overwhelmed, making other diseases and issues way more fatal than they are outside a pandemic.

@maturedragon that's not true. There have been hundreds of mutations, most of them which never became dominant. They've only said about Delta and Nu that it's more infectious and deadly then the one before because they were/are.

@kandy vaccinated people can still end up in the hospital indeed, but you're missing a bit of context there, namely that there are a lot more vaccinated people.

When there are 35 vaccinated and 65 unvaccinated people in the hospital, the effect of vaccination seems rather limited. But when you consider those 65 come from a population of 150 and those 35 from 850, you get a whole different picture.

@NewRaven I know what you mean. My daughter and her fiancé just broke up over the vax. He insisted she get it and she refused. She wants to get married and have babies right away as does he. She heard that the vax is hard on the reproductive system and talked to her OBGYN who said that 100% of the vaxed moms in her care miscarried in the first trimester. The OBGYN has about 2000 clients according to my daughter who was talking to her.
