What are we gonna do as this strain is said to be more deadly n more dangerous to health n existing vaccines won't help effectively to fight against it!!

This is not true.
1. Viruses always mutate to stay alive. But each mutation is WEAKER than the original version. This is fact.
2. This strain is so weak that it has killed NOBODY. And apparently nobody has been hospitalised with it.

@WalterF that's only half true, but I do agree with your last paragraph.
1. Viruses don't mutate with a reason, but only the mutations that improve its survival chances will last and being less lethal helps with that. However, being able to spread faster does too. Most viruses eventually become harmless, but not every mutation is less dangerous than the one before. Take Delta for example: that was more lethal, but still took over because it also spreaded faster.
2. Some preliminary data suggests that, which is hopeful. Not every hospital patient is sequenced though and the number of hospitalizations has increased. There are many possible explanations for that if omicron doesn't play a role, but that still causing severe disease cannot be ruled out yet.
3. There is indeed a media hype and knee-jerk reaction from governments, but we've seen too many times what happens when we do nothing while investigating what we're up against. It definitely spreads much faster and could cause serious trouble if it does put people in the hospital or causes long COVID. It's better to hit hard, discover it wasn't necessary and loosen up, than let it do its thing and discover it's a major threat. So I'm happy most governments reacted so swiftly while the risks are being analysed.

Are the measures unwarranted if the strain would have killed many people without them? And what is your source for the disease being "Fauci-weaponised"?

@NerdyPotato Among hundreds of other sources, try "The Real Antony Fauci". A book devoid of suppositions, theories, etc. Just based on pure facts, each one fully referenced. Scholarly, but easy to read. By a scientist. If you don't read it, you deprive yourself of inside information that the media hide.

@WalterF Does it contain anything substantial or only things along the lines of "he has stocks in vaccine companies"? Because another pandemic of some kind has been predicted for decades and if you have money for stocks, it makes perfect sense to invest it in a market you know a lot about.

Agreed that wise investments are a good thing. But when you take extreme measures to maximise your profits and those of your friends' companies at the expense of the wellbeing of the public that you are supposed to be protecting, then that is open to question. He wanted vaccines to be imposed on the world; he pulled many strings to get his way. Including banning good cheap (profit-less) drugs which proved able to reduce hospitalisation and deaths, according to many trials by independent extablishments. He went so far as to organise his own trials in which too-high doses of these cheap drugs were given to covid patients, but too late in the course of their disease, which meant that many died. He then used these figures to say that these drugs were useless, and that vaccines were the only solution.
He constantly changed the goalposts in his bid to impose what he wanted. With his influence, he was / is able to sway the authorities to do his bidding.
These activities and many others are set out systematically and scientifically in a book which has nothing of the "conspiracy theory" whiff about it. It is a factual work of scholarship, with footnote references in practically every paragraph. And yet it is accessible to the layman. A free sample is available on Kindle. I read the sample and was so interested that I bought the full version. Recommended reading.

@WalterF I'll see if I can find it. But if it's about the hydroxychloroquine cocktail for example, that's proven to be rather dangerous and slightly less effective than a placebo.

Because F wanted to be able to exclude hydroxychloroquin and ivermectin, cheap solutions proved by other scientists both in the US and in other countries, so as to be able to promote the vaccines with no competition, he did minimal trials, as I said, arranged to cause damage through wrong doses givenat the wrong time, and then triumphantly proclaimed that hydroxychloroquine et al were poisonous! It's easy if you have the funds, ths clout, the friends, mixed with a healthy (or maybe deadly would be a better word) dose of unscrupulousness!
And then you make sure that the media follows your story, rubbishes the cheap and effective solutions, and you sit back and watch the billions flowing in while the people die.
I tell you, it is one authoritative eye-opener.

@NerdyPotato Maybe not all fake, who knows? Maybe some people took too much and ytoo late, didn't get advice, didn't follow the protocols for treatment issued for example by Doctors Against Covid... But in any case, the media exaggerates in order to get their message across. And the message was / is that the only solution is the vaccine. (The media are funded worldwide to the tune of billions by Gates - the vaccine man.) Thus, people catching Covid were sent home with no treatment, till they had to go to hospital, where the only treatment was the ventilator - itself fatal to many very ill patients.
Whereas there were initial, cheap treatments.
Many many died unnecessarily. This puts a whole new slant on Fauci's cover-up...
NB He now recommends remdesivir, which is a dangerous substance, often rejected in clinical trial for other diseases, and will not help the ill. (Hospital staff have been known to call it "Run, death is near") But it's a good money-spinner, of the type that costs $4 per treatment to manufacture but can be sold on for ten or a hundred times that rate.
