With new virus strain announced today "the African varient."

What are we gonna do as this strain is said to be more deadly n more dangerous to health n existing vaccines won't help effectively to fight against it!!

I doubt that. In the worst case scenario, for now, the effectiveness decreases and the same vaccines need to be altered. But there is no way the vaccines would cease being effective all of the sudden.
