Spegitti... You pour the cooking oil in a skillet pan and let the hamburger meat cook while stirring it until it changes color to like a greyish color and pour Spegitti sauce in with the meat until it kinda boils... Then you boil Spegitti noodles until you can throw one at the refrigerator and it stick LMAO!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Then it's done 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Garlic Bread in the oven on Broil is optional LOL

@BrandonWyatt36 I do that all the time. I brown the beef , drain the fat, add garlic, onions, peppers and mushrooms if I have them and spices and then add tomato sauce and tomato paste. I make a ton and save some for later. I use this as a base for chilli. I then add chile powder and other spices and kidney beans and I have chilli

Pasta bake. Easy as pie.
Take your ground beef and briwn it with onions, garlic and whatever herbs and spices you want/have. If you have mushrooms, kale, spinach, whatever you want to add, do that at this point.
Boil your noodles of choice with some salt. Srain when ready.
In a casserole dish, add your pasta to a jar of spaghetti sauce. Drain and add your ground beef. Mix in as much shredded cheese as you want. I usually add in sharp cheddar, parmigiana and mozzarella.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, and done.
Easy to make, easy to freeze and nutritious!

I hope you`re feeling comfortable soon.
I do a thing we call slop slop. It`s ground beef once cooked I mix in a beef gravy then mix in some vegetable ie; corn cooked carrots, beans ... let it simmer then serve it with mashed potatoes, rice or just eat it with bread.

Beef and noodles.. just cook the beef with onions and spices and drain the fat and cook egg noodles and drain the water and then mix it together.. you can add cream of mushroom soup if you like but you don't have to
I like making Spaghetti .. you can make meatballs or just ground beef in the sauce .. just add chopped onions and spices and chopped bread to make them.. i don't do that often tho as its more work 😅
I love Shepards pie but have only made it a few times .. meatloaf is good but retains a lot of the fat i think idk 😬
I used to make goulash a lot .. that’s pretty easy, there’s lots of recipes for it online

It's similar to Foxy idea of a pasta bake.only just not baked. I take cooked hamburger mix it with sauce , and pour over hot cooked pasta, mix in Parmesan cheese, and a dallop of cream cheese!! It gives it a savory zangy flavor. 😀Then a piece of garlic bread, complete!

One chopped onion, ( you can also add other veg here like peppers, courgettes etc) fry til golden. Add ground beef and fry till brown. Add a carton of passata or a tin or two of chopped tomatoes. Mixed herbs, salt and pepper, 2 beef stock cubes. A splash of red wine here (or just drink the bottle whilst cooking) Worcestershire sauce (or whatever the equivalent is in your country)
to make a super quick healthy lasagne, layer the meat with dried lasagne sheets.
To make lasagne topping, Mix two beaten eggs with 500g tub of fat free, natural greek yogurt, salt and pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. Top with grated cheese, a sprinkle of herbs and bake until golden and yummy.

Frying off the beef with some onions is nice, then I let it cool slightly and layer it in bowls with lettuce, cheese, some sliced gherkins and some sort of burger type sauce. (I tend to make my own mayo with added tomato puree and a few extra chopped gherkins in.)
A few chips which I make in my air fryer goes well with this. Xx

Ground turkey shepherds pie. Brown the meat with onion and garlic and seasoning, put corn and peas in a casserole pan and mix the meat in. Cover with globs of mashed potatoes and put chicken stock on top of it all. Bake at 350 for half an hour. Done.

Olive oil
Really caramelise that beef 🍖, salt and course black pepper aggressively
Separate the fat
In another pan or the same with the beef taken out:
Olive oik
Red onion/shallots
Add 3-4 cloves of garlic near the end for 20-30 seconds
Add fresh chopped or concassed tomatoes and good quality Passata, add in homemade chicken stock (beef stock is too rich) chilli or cayenne powder.
Stir in the beef and a good splash of Worcester sauce for tang
Let it simmer for 4-6 hours
In the last 20-30 minutes add fresh basil and plate with grated parmesan and buttery pasta

Make some rice
Just spread out the hamburger in a big frying pan, and brown it. Add 1 can of pork & beans.
Then catsup and brown sugar, to taste.
Serve over the rice

@Jenny1234 it's good by itself
I mean...tacos are a classic...fry ground meat with some salt, pepper, cumin, paprika and oregeno..fry up some sliced bell pepper onion and pineapple chunks until they are all caramelized...heat up some small tortillas..add all of that and top with some salsa, sour cream and shredded cheese

Simmer one pound ground beef until light grey, add about five tablespoons full of Kroger brand Sweet n Tangy barbecue sauce, (or about five tablespoons of Kraft regular barbecue sauce and a tablespoon of brown sugar),
Continue to simmer for about five minutes, until the sauce is pretty thick.
Serve on bread.

Why use ground beef when you can use ground turkey? It smells better, cooks easier, no fat, cheaper tastes better and its white meat.
