I’m going to attempt to make dinner tonight after having my Polypectomy two days ago so give me your best and easiest recipes that include ground beef because that is all I have defrosted. Thank you ❤

Ground turkey shepherds pie. Brown the meat with onion and garlic and seasoning, put corn and peas in a casserole pan and mix the meat in. Cover with globs of mashed potatoes and put chicken stock on top of it all. Bake at 350 for half an hour. Done.
