Pasta bake. Easy as pie.
Take your ground beef and briwn it with onions, garlic and whatever herbs and spices you want/have. If you have mushrooms, kale, spinach, whatever you want to add, do that at this point.
Boil your noodles of choice with some salt. Srain when ready.
In a casserole dish, add your pasta to a jar of spaghetti sauce. Drain and add your ground beef. Mix in as much shredded cheese as you want. I usually add in sharp cheddar, parmigiana and mozzarella.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, and done.

@urbancowboy It's one of my easy go to meals when I don't know what to make for lunches. You can add all kinds of veggies in it of you want, as well.
