We don't have rulers here in America, we have presidents who are our "representatives." Of course if you were educated you would know that.

1. Presidents don't rule. At least they're not supposed to, that's why there's a constitution in place to prevent that. Kings and dictators rule.
2.Black women can do anything anyone else can. Why couldn't they?

If elected, yes a woman of any color can run the country every bit as well (if not better) as men have.

No president is a dictator (despite what Trump thinks.) We have a system of checks and balances, with 3 seperate, co-equal branches of government, executive, legislative and judical, each acting as a check on the others.

The president takes an oath to protect and defend the constitution. The president is required to follow the limits set by the constitution.

Nobody will ever RULE America. That's why we have the 2nd amendment

Of course. But I think she should have a degree of gravitas, elegance, and massive intelligence. I can definitely see Condoleezza Rice in this role. Harris Faulkner has "the look" and the elegance, but not the experience.

What does color or gender have to do with qualifications? And what is the ruling all about, USA isn’t a monarchy or dictatorship. Yet at least. If you ask if Kamala Harris can be president of the US, sure she can.

She'd have to be intelligent and have a certain type of personality. She'd have to be like a man to be an effective leader. A woman fit to be president is very rare. The types of women dems want to push to be president are the opposite of these things.
