@Fluffybull IKR? There's a really pretty place I love to go walking for exercise and to be in nature. But when it gets above 32° or 33°, I stay inside, especially if it's humid. 🥵
Last year we got stuck in a heat dome with 40+ temps. Some areas went up to 50c, but this year it is the coldest Summer anyone can remember, and raining all the time. Naturally we bought an A/C this year, and hardly even turned it on.
It's apparently been 28 in Liverpool but I've barely noticed 🤔 gonna be 34-5 tomorrow though.. I've got a standing AC unit you can fill with ice and water so it blowly icey cold air at you 🤤 didn't need it today though, you can get em on amazon for not that much.
@helsbels Its early. Usually that hits in August. Its only miserable around the coast where the humidity is high, and the heat index can get it up to 45 or so. Having lived in this all my life and competed athletically in it , we just endure and take precautions and stay hydrated.
In London and not looking forward to today and tomorrow. Trick I've found for staying cool is soak a t shirt, wring out the excess water and wear until dry.
31 Degrees C and 40 Degrees C is just good Australian Summer. Wait until it reaches 45 degrees and the roads starts melting and the lizards cook on the ground.
@BluntSm0ker Going to have a bowl of cold water for my feet, and damp paper towels put in the freezer for a while and then put on my neck and forehead and... anywhere else that needs it 😅
@SW-User Yeah my brother went to Paris a few years back now ate something dodgy first day so had the runs rest of the time he was there hahaha, but yeah looks a beautiful place glad you enjoyed it. 乂^◡^乂
