UK heatwave - 40 degrees

It is 'only' 31 degrees here today and I am wilting... just turning in to a puddle on my sofa 🥵

It is hitting 40 tomorrow, I have already told work they will not see me in the office until Wednesday.

I am looking forward to trying some of the cool-down tips that I've seen though!

It's apparently been 28 in Liverpool but I've barely noticed 🤔 gonna be 34-5 tomorrow though..
I've got a standing AC unit you can fill with ice and water so it blowly icey cold air at you 🤤 didn't need it today though, you can get em on amazon for not that much.
