UK heatwave - 40 degrees

It is 'only' 31 degrees here today and I am wilting... just turning in to a puddle on my sofa 🥵

It is hitting 40 tomorrow, I have already told work they will not see me in the office until Wednesday.

I am looking forward to trying some of the cool-down tips that I've seen though!

@Shytoshow Thanks, I have read that one. Will also put tamp towels in the freezer to put on me, and have cold water in a tub at my feet
