I am doing well currently! I had an episode just recently and it was wicked. A real nasty one. Every minute drags and you feel uncomfortable just existing. Nothing brings you joy or excitement. Even doing your favorite activities is like pulling teeth. Sometimes it is incredibly painful.

I am still trying to get my medication right. I have been having frequent mood swings. I'm now taking lithium twice a day amidst other meds and that's been helping.

I am at a good stage with it right now. I am going to see my daughter and her boyfriend and my adopted son and his girlfriend tomorrow 7-2-2025 for dinner and then going to see the new Jurassic World Rebirth movie, so you can say I am riding a little on the high side of life today.

This weekend on Saturday 7-5-2025 I plan on going out as Willa to a club, so that will cut any tensions for sure.

I dont suffer from depression but i'm not in a good headspace today. I will deal with it and then i will move on. Whoever posed this question thank you for asking 🙏

It comes and goes. Right now it’s neutral, neither high nor low. I had a doctor’s appt this morning, and assuming everything from that is okay, I won’t be worried about that.

Stuck. In a prison of my own making. What is the truth, what are lies. What is me talking, what is the depression talking. The two are so closely intertwined I don’t even know anymore.

Not bad I have found a medication that works for me

I'm not great. Thanks to a series of terrible decisions by my dad, we just lost one of our houses at auction today.

At least I'm pretty sure that's what happened. I haven't been updated yet.

Feeling great mentally but having some physical pain

It’s mostly a feeling of lethargy and procrastination. Sometimes hopelessness.

Not great. Particularly because my dad is going to be in a bad headspace all day, and honestly, there were any number of times when he could have prevented what's happening to us right now.

I should be able to get through the day all right enough.

Feeling like a meteor crashing on my head and taking me out wouldn't be an unwelcome thing.
