It's massive, I can't manage mugs very well any more but because this is so big I can put all the fingers on one hand through the handle to support the weight of it comfortably.
@MellyMel22 Wow ! My first one was when I was 15, because the mother, my friend, was also 15. My first godchild is 49 and now a grandmother herself. My youngest godchild just turned 21 in December. 😊
@bijouxbroussard Its R2D2, the only Star Wars character so potty-mouthed they bleeped out every word he ever said. 😉 And with the lid off it takes 40 minutes before it starts going cold. Just perfect when your reading a book.

Maybe this one. I never use it, and it's worth about 50 bucks.
It's a simple, cylindrical pottery mug in dark brown and reddish earthtones. Bought at a pottery studio's sidewalk sale some 50 years ago, and used daily whenever at office or home. For some 25 years it was practically inseparable from my hand at the office. The day I feared finally came a couple of months ago. I set it down awkwardly, it slipped, and hit the tile floor. But instead of shattering, only a little sliver on the rim splintered off and I've learned to drink around it.
I'm in love with the fabric beneath your mug🤩 - trippy and hippy but also graphically balanced. Plus all those colours 🤗 And your mug looks like a real hand warmer on a cold morning 🤗

...not so much for how it looks, but that tiny fine outrurn on the lip. I will search through a whole rack of mugs, looking for that singular feature - and it can't be thick, it has to be thin. I swear it makes a difference to my enjoyment of my drink .... or maybe I'm just a sloppy drinker😏
I’m pretty sure I left it in the cupboard at my old office. It was white with a drawing of three xoloitzcuintle dogs and it said something like “we are not throwaways”.
@metaldog I do prefer the clear one so I can see the color of what I'm drinking, I wouldn't care if it had no logo on it at all was just plain, clear glass through and through
