Never was, except for the necessity of work. But the two cats I now serve get me up at 5 am for breakfast and to go out. I must admit, I usually go back to bed until 7 or 8, but still wind up fully engaged much earlier than my past norm.

Of course, going to bed with the chickens these days helps immensely. Figuratively. I gave up on urban chickens after the racoons massacred my flock.

Weekdays time, I work nights if I'm working and get up around 8am...Friday's, obviously, I finish later in the early morning but get up EARLIER! Just why is that? Get up to wee and then can't sleep!

Here in the summer, mornings are great and it feels like the day lasts forever (sunlight from 0430-2200). During the Summer, I am absolutely a morning person.

In the Winter here, not so much…

Oh yes I am a morning person. My sister she works at night and gets off at work at 6am. So she usually comes over to my house and she gets me up and we go to the gym

I did that until we got our dogs .. my morning alone time is spent out on walks with them .. a podcast I wanted to hear .. music for the mood of the day .. or just enjoying them and the morning.

I am so not a morning person. Lately I've often been waking up at 6 30 or so, though, and staying awake for the day. That is as early as I've ever been on a regular basis!

More so now than I used to be when I was younger. Getting up early started happening more often when I had kids. Now I'm just used to it and I enjoy being up when things seem more peaceful outside.

Same here – I wake up at around 5am, in summer even a bit earlier, and I go to bed at 9pm usually. I don't even have an alarm clock.
