I usually wake up around five and even though it's still dark out, I go and sit with my coffee by the kitchen window until the sun comes up. I have this time to myself until a big fat cat decides to emerge and look out the garden window while I prepare her breakfast.

I’m very much a morning person I get up around 4:30 am, feed the 2 four legged kids, make coffee then slowly sip one cup then me and the K9 do our morning jog
