I usually wake up around five and even though it's still dark out, I go and sit with my coffee by the kitchen window until the sun comes up. I have this time to myself until a big fat cat decides to emerge and look out the garden window while I prepare her breakfast.

Weekdays time, I work nights if I'm working and get up around 8am...Friday's, obviously, I finish later in the early morning but get up EARLIER! Just why is that? Get up to wee and then can't sleep!
