I do, but there are several ways to prepare it. It’s a staple in many of the dishes I grew up with. Most commonly I chop it up in my gumbo during the holidays.

Kale is still used as food for animals but same happens with corn, soy, millet, algae, some mushrroms and others. And all of them are also edible for humans.
On the other side most of procesed food that a lot of people eat daily is less than good for health.
I´m not at all promoting those à la mode "natural" restrictive almost mistic diets, but let me smile on some double standards (not saying at all this about you).
