I'm trying to cut down on snacking

Especially at work, where I'd eat a whole tube of pringles in one go. It's been more difficult than I thought it would be, but this whole week I've only had one bag of chips. It does leave me feeling hungry a lot more often though, which I'm hoping will pass over time as I adjust.

You have made good progress. It’s ok to have them here and there. In between you can fill it in with things like fruit salad, or some dry fruits.

@DareToSayIT Yeah but I was eating them every day at work, which is why I needed to stop. Fruit is a good idea - it's summer and there are some good ones available.
The trick is becoming comfortable with being hungry. Hunger is hormonal, it comes and goes

@Ozymandiaz I figure it'll take me a couple of weeks to get used to it enough that it goes away on its own.

You can make it, try instead to have a good breakfast with proteins, like bacon and eggs for example before you leave home and then at work if you are hungry before lunch eat a banana or a joghurt, you can also snack with almonds or walnuts, not too many of course, try to stay balanced , drink alot of water because often when you feel hungry it’s because you are thirsty

It will adjust over time. I'd also make sure you are getting a good sized meal portions when you do eat. Not snacking also helps with keeping teeth in good condition too.

My snacking habits are reigned in by the fact my will to get up from my desk is less than my will to feed mah belly.

Switch to a Mediterranean diet.
