I'm trying to cut down on snacking

Especially at work, where I'd eat a whole tube of pringles in one go. It's been more difficult than I thought it would be, but this whole week I've only had one bag of chips. It does leave me feeling hungry a lot more often though, which I'm hoping will pass over time as I adjust.

The trick is becoming comfortable with being hungry. Hunger is hormonal, it comes and goes

@TheDeathOfOzymandiaz I figure it'll take me a couple of weeks to get used to it enough that it goes away on its own.
