Your mission is to completely blow a job interview in 20 seconds, what do you do?

I was actually a hiring manager once and it happens. I received a resume stating that the person attended the school of hard knocks i had to go let the receptionist read it we laughed about that all day 😂

If I'm already there i politely apologize and tell them something urgent came up and ask if i can reschedule. If im not there already, i call, and say the same thing.

It would take longer than 20 seconds but when they get to the part of "What are your weaknesses?" I would say, "I tend to not give a d4mn" which is actually honest so I wouldn't see the problem. 🤷🏻

Or you can simply say, I'm not qualified, and walk out.

Announce my pronouns and special needs requirements.. safe space etc etc
