Do you feel like you’re a priority to anyone right now?

I was this morning. Very concerned about being short of important meds because of various of administrative issues at my local medical centre, I phoned them at 10 am had a very helpful conversation with the receptionist and by 11:30 everything was sorted and a new prescription issued. They worked fast and clearly I was some kind of priority at that time. Well done, NHS.

I feel much more relaxed now thanks to professional support.

Nope. Not a bit. That's okay, too. I don't NEED to be a priority. I feel like I am here at this place and time to help OTHER people when I can. It's definitely NOT all about ME.
