I was this morning. Very concerned about being short of important meds because of various of administrative issues at my local medical centre, I phoned them at 10 am had a very helpful conversation with the receptionist and by 11:30 everything was sorted and a new prescription issued. They worked fast and clearly I was some kind of priority at that time. Well done, NHS.
