Lie on your back. If it’s you left leg, lift that knee toward your chest and pull it toward your right. Hold got 40-60 seconds. Repeat a few times. Reverse that if it’s your right leg. Also, from a seated position, bend forward toward the floor as far as you can and hold that position for 30-60 seconds. Repeat it a few times.

Actually the chiropractor said the best remedy is walking, preferably unassisted but if you feel s cane is necessary use a walking stick as it helps with the posture

For quick relief I'll prop my right foot on my left knee and press gently on my right thigh and knee and vice versa.

I don't know. The crap went away only after I sprained my back exercising and was bedridden for 3weeks. No sciatica since
