Started cardiac rehab today for 12 weeksThey are starting slow right now and we're only going twice a week for the first 4 weeks and then they want to see how I'm healing. I think I know why my doctor gave me more pain pills..... I am sore and we barely did anything today lol
He refilled my pain patchThe tightness was getting to be a lot so I called my doctor and thank goodness he refilled them. Enough for another week and he also renewed my pain pills but at half the does. I feel so much better already.

Well, I stepped on a nail ...It is not infected, but it still hurts, and I'm stuck at home because I have to keep pressure off it. 😥
