This is what happens!!

Well all the dancing I did Friday night has finally caught up with me.

Yesterday I didn’t rest as had to go shopping with my youngest boys gf so even tho I knew I was in pain I just got in my car and off I went.

Last night I felt the pain slowly getting worse so went to bed early and fell asleep but woke up around 1am and was in agony most of the night with my right knee, lower back and neck.

After finally waking up I have realised my flare is so bad my knee is swollen and my backs so bad I now have an ice pack on it.

This is what I get for not resting I guess but I just hope this flare doesn’t last too long but I definitely have to rest today as I’m hobbling about.

You should see a doctor of orthopedic medicine. There are things they can do to help you. You could receive a referral to a chiropractor for your back and neck, for example...and if the knee pain is chronic, you COULD receive cortisone injections in your knee. I get them, and they make a world of difference!
@4meAndyou it’s not always in my knee just depends where the pain flares up and changes all the time.. I have fibromyalgia which they say is trapped trauma so something I got to live with as there is no cure 😔

Sorry to hear this. The knee pain is less worrisome than the lower back and neck pain.
If possible, rest up. And here is to a speedy recovery. 😊

See if better shoes might help. It's not as non sensical as it might sound. It effects your whole alignment.

Not a cure all. Yet perhaps it might help a bit. Every little bit can help.
@DeWayfarer I only wear converse so they was flat shoes lol

@Spiritualangel777 Geesh. Get some arch supports. Yet they need to be fitted FOR You! Not just any arch supports.

Yes, many shoes have arch supports. Yet they are not fitted just for you.

Even a shoe salesperson should know what I am referring to. And I don't mean a department store salesperson. An actual shoe salesperson.

Places like the "Goodfeet store" will know. I didn't want to mention them because they are not the only places that do Arch support fittings. They just happen to be well known for it.
@DeWayfarer I will look into it 😊
