Any Suggestions for Sciatica Pain?

I’m doing the back/spine exercises (like a push up, but keeping my legs on the floor). It gives some relief for a short time, then its back again. Had it all day. Anything else I can do? ☹️

For quick relief I'll prop my right foot on my left knee and press gently on my right thigh and knee and vice versa.

@Carissimi It might not last, but it'll hopefully work for a little while.
