Any Suggestions for Sciatica Pain?

I’m doing the back/spine exercises (like a push up, but keeping my legs on the floor). It gives some relief for a short time, then its back again. Had it all day. Anything else I can do? ☹️

Have you ever been referred to a physical therapist? mine did wonders years ago for my lower back. it's not always just stretching, but what muscles and how.
