Any Suggestions for Sciatica Pain?

I’m doing the back/spine exercises (like a push up, but keeping my legs on the floor). It gives some relief for a short time, then its back again. Had it all day. Anything else I can do? ☹️

Walking! Or stretching. Pull up bar really helps. If not possible. Door frames. You gott try and keep moving.
