Any Suggestions for Sciatica Pain?

I’m doing the back/spine exercises (like a push up, but keeping my legs on the floor). It gives some relief for a short time, then its back again. Had it all day. Anything else I can do? ☹️

Lie on your back. If it’s you left leg, lift that knee toward your chest and pull it toward your right. Hold got 40-60 seconds. Repeat a few times. Reverse that if it’s your right leg. Also, from a seated position, bend forward toward the floor as far as you can and hold that position for 30-60 seconds. Repeat it a few times.

Going forward never carry ANYTHING in either back pocket, not a wallet, nor a cell phone, not even a business card.
