I’m single but have been married 4 times and no telling how many boyfriends in my life. But I have never once cheated on anyone. I don’t see the point. If you’re with someone who doesn’t satisfy you or make you happy, then just leave them and be single!

@longhairedcougar ok so just ask for an open marriage
MaybelChong · 46-50, F
@Mardrae open marriage comes with it's own set of challenges. For someone traditionally like me, it will be mental instability
Mardrae · F
@MaybelChong ok, so can you elaborate more about the situation? I mean, which one of you is doing the cheating?
AbbeyRhode · F
Never have, never will.
Harmony · 31-35
@AbbeyRhode good
Ducky · 31-35, F
No. We're in an open marriage, so I'm not even sure what cheating would be considered.
@Ducky I’d say in your case, if it’s something you had to hide from her… that would be cheating.
Ducky · 31-35, F
@JustGoneNow Good point. But she knows it all, like yours. 🙂
No. My wife is aware of everything I do and I’ve never physically been with anyone but her because for us that would be cheating.
nameless1 · 36-40
No i could never do that in a million years
SatyrService · M
@nameless1 all the more to recommend you
Thinkerbell · 41-45, F

Degbeme · 70-79, M

No opportunity, if I'd wanted to. Anyway, I don't believe I could do something like that. I'm seldom attracted enough to anyone to get involved.
Harmony · 31-35
@SW-User thats good
Dusty101 · F
I have thought about it. But knew it would be the wrong decision, my child would suffer, And it certainly wouldn't be good for their mental health.
Adogslife · 61-69, M
Yes, and it was absolutely worth the long(er) term experience. I was in a sexless marriage. Finding out what a real woman is like, when she wants you physically and mentally, was a game changer for me. I was divorced over five years ago and am now happily remarried.
There was a big “help” group on EP which I found very useful and friendly ages ago. A great friend from there actually brought me here. I’m very very thankful for the entire experience, including the necessary divorce.

Nope. Never. And I had PLENTY of opportunities to cheat if I wanted to.

It's not cheating if your SO knows about it and is okay with it!!!
@Lovingsomeone that'd the important thing - to have discussed and made a agreement. Sadly, too many seem to think they're too clever and try to hide it.....
exexec · 70-79, C
We are a couple. So yes and no.
TurtleEclipseOfTheHeart · 22-25, F

Never did.
longhairedcougar · 51-55, F
Is it cheating if you think about taking care of your necessary needs when your partner loses interest in romance and only likes to work work and just work?
WhateverWorks · 36-40
longhairedcougar · 51-55, F
@SandWitch awwwww come on big girl 💕
Well, not if you've discussed and expressed your frustration, and they agree for you to meet your needs elsewhere, @longhairedcougar......
OldBrit · 61-69, M
Not proud of that but yes I did back in my drinking days.
OldBrit · 61-69, M

samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@Lilymoon maybe to some, but, I think 🤔 innocent flirting is not. But, that is each person's right to decide
Coffeequilt · 51-55, F
Yes
Harmony · 31-35
@Coffeequilt will you do it again?
Coffeequilt · 51-55, F
@Harmony No, it messed everything up
Is it cheating if they know about it?
@Snowvixen were they okay with it, because to me… that’s where it’s cheating. If they aren’t okay with it.

WhateverWorks · 36-40
Only my ex when I was really young.. like 19. Not since then mainly because I learned to never put myself in that entrapped position again with an abuser, but also if things are so lousy, you’re considering cheating it’s better for everyone to just end things.
Queendragonfly · 31-35, F
No. I was attracted to his friend for a brief moment but nothing happened and my boyfriend knows and we have moved on.
