@LordShadowfire But as President he can declassify them. As a senator and VP, Biden cannot. Plus senators are not allowed to remove classified materials from the Capitol.
All in all, Biden's actions are far more egregious.

I could have added Genocide against the American people for half a million deaths directly due to his failure to handle the Pandemic, or even crimes again hairdressing and animal cruelty with his "do"..
Well, that´s a thought! 👍 But I don´t see him going to jail. He is too rich and too mighty for that. People like him are allowed to do whatever they want without any limits and don´t need to bear any consequences.

While I have no doubt he will be indicted. (along with Family members) The wheels of justice turn so slowly I doubt he will serve time. The real justice will be the draining of the family fortune. (which he sees at the only legacy that counts.😷
It would be unseemly for a former President to be jailed so I seriously doubt he will see the inside of a cell anytime soon, they could at the least levy huge fines and take away his privileges and make sure he'd never run again, that would be good for starters.
@SW-User I looked it up. If he gets convicted of a crime and goes to prison, it's up to the correctional officers to offer that same protection. What that basically amounts to is, he'll do solitary.
