How has 2024 been for you so far?

A rollercoaster.
New year began with my mil's passing, I was with her a lot especially after she became bedridden. It was hard not crying in her face, i had to wait or excuse myself and it was hard handling it w the kids but we made her an altar and talked about her for days and they cried alot, they still randomly do.
My dad who was in the hospital for an awful blood infection got better and went home from the hospital. I still had hope for a good year. Everything was going fine but then found out i was being cheated on, even though everything was great we were going on dates and everything, so thats confusing af.
And recently my friend tried to commit suicide by throwing himself in front of moving traffic😓 i visited him in the hospital last week and at least his limbs are in tact but he has head fractures. He seems happy again but idk if im doing enough for him.
I mean there has been a lot of good moments but its getting harder to keep positive this year.

Awful and wish I could restart the year😔

I'm sick for the third time. 😠

First week of 2024 I was sick. January-April it was a bit of a non starter. May it started to get a bit better, I had lots on that month. June I got a puppy, July is full of empty promises but at least the weather is better. I’m looking forward to August bank holiday and September now. Lots to do and catch up friends and family.

All in all, it has been good. Some challenges and a hurricane, but good things have come from those.

I feel for people who are struggling. I’ve heard several people I know compare this year to 2020

It's been pretty good. God allowed me to write a few songs so I'm happy.

It has been the most consistently unpleasant year I’ve ever had so far. Holding on tight to every silver lining I can find. I hope things improve for you!

Health is fine. Partner is content. Kids are doing well. Stock market is doing great. No complaints here.

Lots of ups and downs some terrible stuff,but not my worst year.
That was 2018, my mom died,I got evicted, I had knee surgery and could barely walk for a year,had to fight for my comp.(that took a whole year to receive), all of siblings were depressed at Mom's death and two brothers decided they wanted nothing more to do with rest of family,at least their sisters 😔

The first three months were quite painful, but surgery removed the pain. We escaped Hurricane Beryl with little damage. Everybody is doing well. All things considered, 2024 has been okay.

The past 6 months and 25 days as of July 26th, 2024, have had their ups and downs.

But today and the rest of the year ahead for me are shaping up to be pretty good. (hopefully)

It’s been good. 2023 was good too. I really don’t count work related stuff as a part of the year and rest seems great.

Honestly pretty amazing. Been to 6 new countries and gotten £150k richer so far
