How often do you sit outside in nature?

Do you enjoy the calming aura?

Just sitting by a pond a couple times a week helps to unfrazzle my overthinking mind. I try to get out to walk about four days a week too and nature always gives beauty gifts...A little flower in a street crack, a turtle on a log, or a vibrant fall tree. It helps me feel the stillness everywhere, getting me out of the human condition for a little bit.

Weather permitting, I take my bike and go for a 2-3 hours ride and make stops by a small lake to admire nature. Also, when jogging in the woods, there is this spot where I can relax a few minutes and just take in the beauties and fresh air.

It resets the body and brain, calms you down and gives you a positive outlook on life.

I walk my dog every day on a nature trail. When I really need a break from people, I head for a state park about an hour from here and sit under a tree, enjoying my surroundings. I usually see deer, armadillos, lots of birds, alligators, turtles, and the usual critters that live around my house. I talk to the trees and the animals. It is always refreshing.

I love the outdoors. I chill outside in the evenings. In the morning I typically go for a swim. Walks are fun because I’ve got the bay just down the street and the ocean nearby.

If I want to bike, there’s a pretty scenic bike path downtown that’s about a 20 mile round trip.

As much as the weather permits. It is essential to my well being. I have been doing my morning stretches in the garden all summer, but that will soon end because of the shorter days.

I love nature and the outdoors. I love to walk my dog in the countryside, wild camp, hike, fish, do photography, all good hobbies for getting outside and enjoying the outdoors.

I have a nice property that I spend all weekend. Im fortunate to have a country trail i run on during the week
As often as I can I go for a walk out in nature w the dogs .. usually take a few minutes break for drinks / treats part way
Nature reminds us who we are, where we come from, and what we are a part of. The more technology takes over our lives the more we need to re-connect.

I try to every day.

Gotta be honest, as amazing as nature is, one annoying flying insect and I'm inside to stay!
@uncalled4 I understand.

Very rarely do I sit in nature, but I do like walking out into it.

Not often enough; then again, there isn't such a place nearby that I consider peaceful.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@Amyrakunejo so sorry for you. I would shrivel up if i couldn't see greenery, animals, etc.
@samueltyler2 I think I am, to be honest. But also, just a lack of ability to go anywhere that isn't surrounded by...
urbanization...
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@Amyrakunejo you are so right. In some places there is no grass, only pavement. That has added to the problem of climate change. We have heat islands!
during autumn/fall....... as often as possible. i love falling leaves.
