If we had a potluck, what would you cook?

Been told that I make a nice pasta salad.

I think this would be appropriate.

Salads. I like to make rice salads or roasted vegetables like peppers or cauliflower and broccoli with pasta.

Salt press and dehydrate mushrooms ans onions -- use the mushroom liquor as the base of a marinade for pork tenderloin with thyme and star anise, then pulverize the dried solids with salt to finish with. Sear the pork and make a pan sauce with the brine, tomato paste and mashed roasted carrots. Roast the pork with leeks, turnips, and parsnips and top with the pan sauce and mushroom onion salt from earlier

Hmm I’d make some desert. Probably cupcakes or cinnamon rolls

I don't cook anything, I bring pre-packaged food because I know a lot of people probably aren't comfortable eating form a stranger's kitchen. (I know I am)
