Good evening gorgeous and how are you doing today? I read your profile and I liked it and I find you interesting and attractive that I would like to know more about you and I hope to read from you soon. So many sweet talking guys here! Too bad most... See More »

The question is

Do I continue to lose weight and risk my boobs looking like a couple of spaniels ears because that would be healthier or do I stop and eat some cake? I'm nearly 50 and nothing is going to be tight and somewhat vertical ever again. What to do with all... See More »

I would like to

Work in one of those artisan cafes. A pretty one with bone china tea cups and lots of chintz. I would bake scones, churn my own butter, sing in the kitchen and feed people cake all day. That would make me happy. 🍰🍰🍰

I'm in McDonald's

Sunday morning before church treat for the kids. The food is awful. I wonder if they train especially hard to get that much shell in the eggs? On the plus side there are a lot of men in here in football kit. They are very symmetrical. 😍😍😍

Fish and veggie pasta bake

I boiled some pasta and set it aside. Next I made a white sauce using half milk half vegetable stock. I stirred in some mature cheddar cheese and frozen spinach. I also pan fried some smoked haddock and white fish fillets and steamed some veg. In... See More »

I'm so proud of me right now!! 👏👏

I just drove into the city to take my friend to an appointment. I was so freaking scared. I really don't like cities or driving but I did it. And... bonus.... We are both still alive!!! Yay for facing my fears. Hope I don't have to do it again for at... See More »

I need estrogen

I just came up against an absolute Karen in the supermarket. An operator announced they were opening a new checkout so this woman pushed in front of me but then started loading her shopping at the back of the Conveyor. I figured she would continue to... See More »

Good morning fellow time wasters

How are you managing to castastophise the day so far? I already burned toast and fell over a bin. It's going to be a wonderful day 😊

My friend is currently spamming me with a ton of self help videos from YouTube "how to talk so your autistic child will listen" "coping with anger after loss" etc I don't think youtube is going to fix the shit show that is my life but would you watch... See More »

Making food out of nothing

I wasn't hungry earlier so I just made a meal out of random leftover stuff we had in the fridge. It's cold pasta, some salad, chopped up crab sticks and some salmon. I honestly think this is the nicest thing I ate in a long time. Sometimes it works... See More »

All aboard the crazy train

Just made this Christmas gingerbread train with my son because why on earth wouldn't you want to do that in September? 😭 Lol we had fun at least. Except now there's a ship load of mess to tidy up 🙄

The kids in my street

They are little bar stewards. This morning I found they had put a traffic cone on the roof of my car. Well I guess they are doing something other than being on their phones so that's probably good. 🤔

Did I need this? Absolutely not. I know what my husband would have said and it would have involved a hefty ear bashing and the phrase "not another fookin candle" It only cost £12. Ok it's £12 I'm going to set fire to but it came in a little pot that... See More »

Anxious feelings

It's stopping me from sleeping. I know I'm anxious, or sad or something. It's just I don't know what about. So I'm laying here trying to think what it is that's keeping me up and making me feel this tonight and then that is making me even more... See More »

My guilty pleasure! I love painting my nails. Which is your favourite colour?

Have you been eating magic mushrooms? 🍄

That is what my son just asked me. I guess I'm a bit crazier than I thought 😂

Weird food cravings

I've been craving stewed rhubarb like crazy the last couple of days. I wonder what's in it that my body wanted so badly. I mixed the last of it from my garden with some apple and sultanas and honestly, I think it was the best food I've had in ages.... See More »

Did anyone make anything as a memory keepsake from a loved ones clothes? What did you make?

Made a new friend

I called him Boris. He's staying in the corner of my bedroom. He's been there a week now. Earlier today he wasn't there so I think he went for a walk around to look for some food. I'm wondering what he's going to eat because there doesn't seem to be... See More »

"Life" (or whatever this is)

Isn't life really quite sad and tragic when you think? Every day is a fight to stay alive and keep the people we love alive. Maybe you might see things differently but for the most it's work hard and you can get a good job, then you can earn more... See More »

Faith a faith faith

I woke up about 4am and George Michael's faith was stuck in my head. Where did it come from? I haven't even listened to that song!!! 😭 I don't think I like the song anymore... Urrgh sleep is for the weak.

What an interesting place this is

I float around, reading stories and comments. There's everything from the normal day to day 'small talk' stuff to the weird and the wonderful. And then there's the really weird stuff.... Well, it takes all sorts to make a world! I'm learning... See More »
