Today was the first day that I left my house and went outside in 3 weeks... So, that’s a really big step.

What we believed was clinical depression, turned out to be bipolar disorder. I was recently diagnosed, and my medication changed completely. I can finally say I’ve started to truly feel okay for the first time in a very long time.
