I Am Struggling With Forgiveness

A lot of people say “forgiveness is for you, not for them” but I honestly don’t buy it.

I know for a fact there are some people I have come across with that have hurt me beyond belief, and have done some pretty atrocious things. I also know that those people don’t deserve my forgiveness, yes I’ve moved on from the events, and they don’t affect me on my daily life anymore, but that doesn’t mean I have forgiven them. I don’t think I will ever forgive them, and I’m okay with that.

Understandable. I see forgiving in the sense of not ever making what they did right or okay, but refusing to allow them or what they did to occupy space in my head and define the type of person I want to be.

I have to forgive my enemies no matter what circumstances. Sure I'll cuss and slur about someone who are in power like politicians and CEO Tech Giants including the Media Puppets who doesn't give one cents of shlt about us.

At the same time I'm just only wasting my energy at the TV and my cell phone. Yeah I have to work on that but most important thing is to forgive and pray for them.
