I Have Anxiety

So, I’ve agreed to meet with my mother tomorrow. I haven’t talked to her or even seen her in 6 years. She recently reached out, asking to meet.
I agreed, because after years, I think I am willing to work on our relationship, that is if she has changed...
I’m scared, if not absolutely terrified.... And I think I’m going into a panic at the moment, as I cannot stop thinking about it.
