I am a meat cutter for a grocery store and can be some really tough work. Great benefits though I don’t mind it. Distracts the mind from my depression.

Well it helps a lot but now addicted to it. Once I stop it I start getting withdrawals. Definitely helps with depression and anxiety

Can’t shake off the depression
