In Canada I go to Mental Health, usually they have a psychiatrist and nurses, therapists and social workers that can all be on your team to help you Alberta Health Care is free and automatically covers it...Also if needed the psychiatrist can order compassion meds, where they get your medication directly from the pharmacutical companies for free..

search online. I have found sites where you can have a session to a few sessions for free from practitioners of a variety of therapeutic modalities. It is part of practice in universities and other institutions.

it's not free but when i was looking for resources for myself i saw that if you go to seek therapy at college training programs it's significantly cheaper
