Would this outfit be allowed in your office?

She will be the one complaining to HR about the looks guys are giving her, lol

You can pull that outfit off, me on the other hand can't fit in something like that

if I were a women, I would be at least a size 16....with thick shoulders and a broad back
I can't imagine what it would feel like to try wearing heals...after all, my shoe size is 14

Great outfit!
In the UK it would be pushing the boundaries and limits. But I think it would be OK as US officewear.
I stress officewear. If you have to spend time on the workshop floor in anything other than a creative agency, think again!
smiler2012 · 61-69
@FreeSpirit1 fair enough she has the right to dress how she likes without the men eye her up and ogling her . there again right or wrong we men do this it is a natural thing and again she can dress as she pleases. but there must be an office dress code surely for sensible attire for work
@smiler2012 You don't wear a dress and heels like that to go unnoticed
smiler2012 · 61-69
@FreeSpirit1 😆i do not weara dress and heels full stop but if she is doing as flirtous and provocative as you suggest she can hardly expect much else i suppose but attract male attention
SunshineGirl · 36-40, F
It would be allowed, but perhaps not recommended in our 95% male office 😳

She can take off the heels though . . I can see those puncturing the underfloor cabling ⚡
Turtlepower · 36-40, M
Mostly but considering most people that I work with have to go to the assembly floor occasionally I'd say that she probably wouldn't want to lol. Also, she'd have to take the heels off lol
Strongtea · 22-25, M
I work in a clothes shop so someone would be allowed to wear this. I think it’s way too short though.
swirlie · F
@Strongtea
Too short for what? Break dancing perhaps?
Strongtea · 22-25, M
It’s too short to be practical, that’s obvious, it’s just not appropriate. @swirlie

It is quite a pretty dress but does rather push the boundaries too far in the office. Her figure is emphasised too much by the clinging nature of the material, pert bottom & breasts.
And when she sits on that chair, her knickers will be visible to whoever sits opposite.
Save it for a night out !
Jacko1971 · 51-55, M
@emmasfriend im not big on the heels but the dress itself is fine. There is no reason why you should be able to see her knickers. I would say the stretchy fabric is pretty comfortable to sit in. I might be wrong.
ArishMell · 70-79, M
Years ago I worked for a machine manufacturer where there was one woman working in the drawing-office. She wore skirts as short as that, though without those ridiculous leg-wreckers.

Sometimes she needed come down to the machine-shop, and there I gently told her off a couple of times not for wearing very short skirts, but for walking barefooted on concrete floors littered with oily slivers of metal!
@swirlie keep asking lol

You sound like a very conservative person. You're obviously a very fear-filled Republican, afraid to say anything in case Trump's mafia come around to your house and ferret you out. Sad really, that you can't say anything without looking over your shoulder all the time.

Where i used to work before retiring this would not be acceptable for the office environment (unfortunately 🤣)

exexec · 70-79, C
No. We had a very conservative bunch of clients, and they would have been offended.
cecile · F
very welcome yes
invisiblewoman · 36-40, F
I like that dress
Highskirt · 56-60, M
I would definitely allow and appreciate it
Tumbleweed · F
We had a girl like that. Always wore really tight pants & low cut shirts & actually made a list of guys who were sexually harassing her. 🙄
Pretzel · 70-79, M
I couldn't wear it
Morvoren · F
No. And with good reason. Nobody wants to see your breakfast while you’re putting new toner in the printer.
AndysAttic · 56-60, M
Probably not if I was wearing it.
HumanEarth · F
She wouldn't even last a day in my job
At a car dealership, yes.
@WonderGirl Yes, It would help sell cars to most guys for sure
Ducky · 31-35, F
No, but that’s because we have a strict uniform code.
MartinTheFirst · 26-30, M
that doesnt do anything for me
@MartinTheFirst It wasn't supposed to do anything for you, it was a question about office attire
MartinTheFirst · 26-30, M
@FreeSpirit1 i mean I wouldnt be the guy complained about at HR at least
bikelover · 56-60, M
It would be highly recommended 😂
Jacko1971 · 51-55, M
There is nothing wrong with that.
Dressed like that...she's banking on getting those looks. 🤣
That would cause an HR discussion.
carpediem · 61-69, M
Allowed? That's the uniform.
3Dogmatic · 46-50, M
It would garner ALL of the attention…🤣
swirlie · F
Yes it is/would be allowed in my office setting.
@swirlie I see, casual Friday Vibe but for every day, got it.
swirlie · F
@FreeSpirit1
Correct.

pancakeslam · 41-45, M
it should be required
that would make my ass look yuge
Ferric67 · M
@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout now, you bring up a great point
MartinTheFirst · 26-30, M
@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout you're right son
Lilymoon · F
🤦🏻‍♀
Lilymoon · F
@Turtlepower I'd never get any work done 🤭
Turtlepower · 36-40, M
@Lilymoon 😏 I'm sure something productive would happen
Lilymoon · F
@Turtlepower wink wink
